Dr. Rowland brings over 20 years of experience in change management and leadership development, with a focus on executive teams in complex, high-stakes environments. She has worked with industries across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors including healthcare, business, education, and conservation.
She holds a Doctorate in Education Leadership from Harvard University, a Master of Education from Stanford University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Williams College.
She has led the doctoral program in Leadership and Innovation at University of the Pacific, where she taught Exercising Leadership, Leading in Complex Organizations, and Learning Organizations. She continues to teach leadership courses as an adjunct professor.
