• Interactive 2.5-hour facilitation.
  • Each participant will create an Adaptive Development Map, Fern EPC’s foundational ITC Adaptive Development Exercise.
  • Outcomes:
    • Participants objectify the perspective filters they are using to make sense of the world.
    • Self-Identify their own level of Adaptive Development.
    • Trend themselves toward higher levels of Adaptive Development.
